ARMOUR SCHOOL GYM ANNOUNCEMENTS 1. The Armour School Gym will be closed June 27th through July 11th to resurface the gym floor. We are sorry for the inconvenience! 2. To help with the costs of maintenance, repairs, and upgrades we will be charging a $50 gym membership for families. Memberships will run July 1st - June 30th. Cards and fobs will work through July 31st of this year, but we ask that you please pay your $50 fee before July 31st to continue with access using your current cards/fobs. You can pay Chareen in the business office or send a check to the school. Please contact Craig Holbeck or Chareen Gerber with any questions.

🏈🏈TDA/ACDC THUNDERHAWK FOOTBALL PLAYERS AND PARENTS 🏈🏈 There will be a parent and player meeting on Monday June 27th at 6:30 in the Armour gym. Coaches will introduce themselves and go over plans for the summer and discuss expectations. If you have questions please contact Coach Kendall Strand.

TDA ATHLETES! June and July are a perfect time to get your yearly physicals. The Armour Hospital offers a discount during these months. The link below will take you to the SDHSAA Pre-Participation form that can be filled out by your physician and returned at the beginning of the school year to your coach of athletic director. *ALL 7-12 Athletes, along with 6th grade football players, are required to get a physical before they can practice and compete. 🏀🏀TDA BASKETBALL🏀🏀 Students should be bringing home the sheet below. We are lucky enough to be having two Augustana coaches come out and put on a camp for us in Armour. Summer School or Credit Recovery REMINDER Both programs begin Tuesday, May 17th from 8:30-11:30 * students partaking in the Summer School program are asked to keep their crayon box of supplies with them please. * Parents will be notified by Mrs. Bigge if any student is being asked to partake in the Credit Recovery Program. Please contact Mrs. Bigge if your child is a bus student who will require transportation to and from the program.

The Tripp-Delmont Armour Girls Nighthawks is happy to announce the 2021-2022 GPC and LMVC All-Conference Players. In the LMVC, Megan Reiner received 2nd Team All-Conference Honors! In the GPC, Hannah Stremick and Megan Reiner both received All-Conference Honors and Emma Faller received a Honorable Mention award! We are very proud of these ladies! Today, February 2nd, 2022 is the 36th Annual National Women in Sports Day! Support of this Day will go a long way to increase visibility for female athletes and will call attention to the positive influence of sport participation. We are so proud of our Nighthawk girls and everything they have done to overcome the obstacles that have been placed in their path this year. Each of them exemplifies the qualities of excellence in sports skills, leadership, self-discipline, and perseverance. Thank you for representing our schools so well! Go Nighthawks!

Wednesday, January 19th the Armour PK-8 students had extra vistors from The Great Plains Zoomobile !! The kids were shown 4 different animals and were provided information unique to each animal. Here a a few pictures from the event (please stay tuned for more to be uploaded ).

🏀Great start to the week for the Nighthawks! The girls came home with a victory over Colome last night and the Boys had a nice win over Bon Homme tonight!🏀 Both teams will play in Tripp on Thursday vs Mitchell Christian. Keep it up Nighthawks!

Good luck to the Nighthawk girls as they travel to Colome today! The JV starts at 4:00 with the Varsity to follow. The varsity will be stream on YouTube at the “Colome Cowboys Live” channel.
