Homecoming is quickly approaching! We would love to add your club or business to our lineup! The theme this year is Holidays. Please call the school to get on our list.

We will continue to check people in at the front of the Highschool starting at 12:30 pm. Please stop there to get your number and then we will send you to the line up. Parade is at 1 pm.

🎺The University of South Dakota band will be performing for our school at 10:45 AM tomorrow morning. This will take place at the Armour football field and is open to the public. 🎼

School Pictures tomorrow, Thursday, August 28th

PRESCHOOL: This year, picture day lands on a PK3/4 school day. The PK3/4 students will take pictures at 8:20 am with their teacher. PK4/5 parents, you are welcome to bring your children for pictures from 7:45 to 8:20. Our picture reschedule day is set for Wednesday, September 17th, beginning at 10:30 am (this is a PK4/5 school day).

Dear Families.......It was an AMAZING first day with your children!

Just a friendly reminder, if you have not done so already, please send a copy of your child/children's birth certificate (SDCL 13-27-3.1) and immunization record (SDCL 13-28-7.1) for their student files.

If you are exempting immunizations, there is a form that is required to be filled out yearly, either through your healthcare provider or the school district.

The Armour School cooks would be happy to take any extra produce, from your gardens, to put on the salad bar for lunch! If you have extra and would like to donate to the school, you can drop off during school hours 8 am- 4 pm. If you have any questions you may call the school at 724-2153.

Armour High School students will be able to pick up computers on Monday from 4:00 to 8:00 pm and on Tuesday 4 to 7 pm. If neither of these times works, the computer can be picked up on Wednesday morning.

5th-8th grade Volleyball forms will be available at Open House tonight. Please pick up with Mrs. Ziegler at the Yearbook/Volleyball table in the lunch room. Practice starts Thursday, August 21st after school. Thanks!

Junior High Football will be handing out pads on August 22nd after school in Armour. Full practice will begin on August 25th after school.
ALL students participating in football will also need to have a physical done and form returned to the school before they can start practicing.
Schedules and other information will be handed out at practice.
