  1. Middle school instrumental contest today.  No band or vocal Wednesday.
  2. The yearbook will be taking class pictures in the gym during SRB this morning.  All students report to the gym when the bell rings ending 1st period. 
Students in the play should remain in the gym and when all pictures are done, you will quickly practice curtain call on the stage.  The rest of you should return to SRB/band.  Play students should go to SRB/band following that practice.
Julia David will practice her presentation in Mrs. Ziegler’s room following curtain call practice.
  1. Skills USA will meet in the shop building during afternoon SRB. 
  2. Mr. Mudder will not be in today.
US History should go to Mr. Weber’s room 3rd period.  Economics should go to 5th period study hall.  Mr. Mudder’s afternoon SRB should go to Miss Lenocker’s room.  There will not be 6th health today.
  1. Mr. Preheim will be leaving between 9:15 and 9:30 today.  Chareen is not in this morning but hopes to return later today.
  2. Please get pre-registration forms turned in to Mr. Preheim today.  Failure to do so will result in detention.

There are sign-up sheets for those interested in participating in cross country next year and those that have an interest in participating in golf if that became a possibility.  There are sign up sheets in Mr. Preheim’s office.  These sign-up sheets are for this year’s 6th-11th grade students.  Please sign up by the end of the week if interested.
  5. Great Plains track meet has been moved to Thursday, weather permitting.  7-12 track members, Mr. Weber and Miss Lenocker will leave at 9:30.

  1. Please keep Mr. Mudder and his family in your thoughts as they mourn the loss of Mr. Mudder’s brother Jay.
  2. Thank you to the junior class and their advisors for a very enjoyable Prom.

We will have practice senior venture presentations this morning.  We will start at 9:40 and go until finished.  Estimate is 11:30ish.  There will be two groups.  One in math room and the other English room.  You are required to go to the room assigned.  The list is on the back of these announcements.
  4. Play Dress Rehearsal tonight at 7:30.  Be here by 6:30 so we can start right at 7:30.
  5. There is an 8th grade parent meeting tonight at 7:30 with Mr. Preheim.  The purpose is freshman orientation, scheduling, etc.
  6. Great Plains track meet Tuesday in Scotland.  7-12 track members, Mr. Weber and Miss Lenocker will leave at 11:30. 
The weather forecast for Tuesday is not good.  The make-up day for the track meet is Thursday.

  1. Seniors are gone with Mrs. Ziegler to the production of Hamlet.  They should return somewhere around 1:45.
  2. Mr. Holbeck is gone today.
  3. Track meet in Freeman today.  Shot, discuss and Kianna will leave at 11:15 with Mr. Weber who will return.  The rest of the track team will leave on the bus at 1:00.
  4. Mr. Weber will be gone from 11:15 on and Miss Lenocker from 1:00 on
  5. So, we are missing four teachers for some or all of the day and have no subs. Plan is tentative so be ready to adjust.

  3. Seniors, you have several scholarship deadlines Saturday, which in reality probably mean Thursday as Good Friday is the 14th.
  4. Junior high will leave at 12:10 today for the junior high track meet in Corsica.
  5. Juniors will start decorating for prom Monday at 5:00 pm.  The gym will be closed all next week due to decorating.
  6. Play practice Monday at 6:00 pm.
  7. Cheer tryouts have changed to April 24th right after school in Tripp. The van will leave immediately after school. Sign-up on either high school bulletin boards if interested.

  1. The juniors will have Smarter Balance Standardized Testing in math this morning and Thursday morning.  We will start with breakfast and then test in the math room. 
  2. Please do not disturb Mr. Holbeck or the juniors until they are done testing for the day.
  3. There will be the end of the year girls’ basketball meeting on Thursday, April 6th at 5:30 in Armour. Bring both your practice and game jerseys to turn in. Pizza will be served.
  4. Cheer tryouts will be on Thursday, April 13th @ 5:30 in Tripp. The van will leave from Armour at 5:00. You can sign-up on either bulletin boards in the high school.
